We provide data analytics consulting to business clients. Any data processed is provided by the client and may include sales or performance data. Personal data is processed only if explicitly included by the client.
Processing is carried out solely in accordance with the client’s instructions. Where personal data is involved, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR may be required.
The legal basis for such processing is generally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
We retain client-provided data only for the duration of the contractual relationship and delete it in accordance with statutory retention obligations (e.g. under German commercial and tax law).
